How coverage works
Before the event: we review the run-of-show, key people, sponsor and brand priorities, and venue logistics.
During: coverage follows the schedule, from speakers and executives to attendees, activations, environments, and details.
After: a professionally edited selection delivered through a private online gallery with downloadable images. Turnaround, including faster delivery for same-day social or press needs, is agreed before the event.
